(1) For the purpose of section 12 of the Act, there shall be the following subject committees under the health profession:-
(a) Public Health Committee (b) Medical Committee
(c) Medical Science Laboratory Committee
(d) Radiology Committee
(e) Committee on Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation (f) Ayurveda Committee
(g) Dental Science Committee
(h) Committee on Ophthalmology
(i) Miscellaneous Committee
(2) The matters under the committees constituted as per sub-rule (1) shall be as prescribed by the Council.
(3) Subject committees under sub-rule (1) shall have the following coordinators and members:-
(a) One person appointed by the Council from among the members concerned with the subject – Convenor
(b) At least one member of the associate professor level appointed by the council from the educational institution where the relevant subject study is taught. (c)
(C1) One expert appointed by the Council from among the experts in the relevant subject One person appointed by the Council from among the persons having experience in conducting the examination - Member - Member (d) Registrar - Member - Secretary
